Job Summary:The Senior Front-End Developer will work as part of a team in the development of rich internet applications (RIA).Using modern web technologies such as Angular 7 , TypeScript, SCSS, and HTML5., the Developer will work with designers and programmers to turn static wireframes and prototypes into fully functional web applications with UI’s that will impress and resonate. In addition, this position requires knowledge and experience coding for 508 Compliancy Standards and working closely with server-side developers to implement their server-side code in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites.

General Experience:
  • Experience with web front-end development
  • Experience implementing RESTful Web Services, preferably in a Microsoft or AWS-backed back end.
  • Experience in Responsive Web Design.
  • Experience developing unit tests.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6 or more years of experience developing web applications.
  • Expert HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming skills
  • Expertise with Angular 7
  • Experience with Angular Material Design
  • Experience building enterprise-level Angular applications a plus.
  • Expertise developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
  • Understanding of 508 concepts for accessibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • A willingness to work independently or in a team oriented environment both efficiently and courteously.
  • Ability to lead and mentor more junior developers.

Technology Experience:
  • Angular 7 , TypeScript, SCSS
  • Node, NPM, Material Design
  • Karma/Jasmine/Cypress/Jest or other Testing frameworks is a plus.
  • .NET and C# programming language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Git for source control
  • Agile / SAFe experience a plus.
