We have an immediate opportunity for Helpdesk Support in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate should have overall 5 Years of experience as Helpdesk Support with strong experience in performing varying degrees of problem analysis and resolution of software and hardware issues relating to desktops, laptops and tablets. Among other tasks, candidate will carry out the below activities while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and be able to independently prioritize based on urgency. Having good experience-based on Windows 10 support and Apple Devices - (BitLocker encryption, Configuration/imaging, Crash/BSOD resolution, Installation environment, General Windows OS & iOS troubleshooting) would be apppriciated. Must be able to do troubleshooting hardware issues, do replacing of desktop/laptop hardware and manage installation of peripheral devices. Must have Microsoft Office proficiency and specifically in Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint (usage and support). Must be able to support MS Visio and MS Project. Must be able to create documentation and contribute to KB articles. Must be able to do O365 support and do some basic network troubleshooting. Must have some experience in basic network hardware (switches) and able to manage troubleshooting connectivity issues. Thorough understanding of wireless/wired networks and Customer service skills is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in Desktops, Laptops and Tablets, Hardware/Software/Network Problem Diagnosis/Resolution, Windows 10 Support and Apple Devices - (BitLocker encryption, Configuration/imaging, Crash/BSOD resolution, Installation environment, General Windows OS & iOS troubleshooting), O365, MS Visio and MS Project.
