  • Provide troubleshooting strategies, techniques, documentation and instruction to staff and management
  • Configure and manage Win 10 workstations on multiple domains and environments
  • Informing end users of major system or network outages
  • Escalating Help Desk issues, especially critical issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner
  • Assist staff with video conferencing equipment Ability to work evenings and/or weekends

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, and printers
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications such as Office and Skype for Business
  • Extensive experience working with AWS
  • Working knowledge of antivirus, backups, and virtualization
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
  • Experience working with video conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
