Title: Senior Product Designer - CRM

Job Description My client owns a huge, online platform that is widely used within the restaurant and dining industry. The platform and tools my client provide allows restaurants to focus on delivering the best hospitality and experiences to their customers. This largely contributes to the incredible success of the industry today and continues to shape the future of dining. The company was founded over 20 years ago and is headquartered in San Francisco with a little over 500 employees. The software is used by 1 billion people per year and helps more than 50,000 restaurants, bars, wineries, and more to maximize revenue throughout the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the UK, and many more locations. As Senior Product Designer on CRM, you will be working with product managers, designers, and engineers. You and the team will be focusing on complex B2B design, heavy content products, and research.

What you'll do
  • Lead initiatives providing restauranteurs with new and meaningful ways to interact with guests
  • Evaluate how our customers view, use, and manage guest data on our platform
  • Identify new product opportunities and use systems to scale CRM solutions
  • Facilitate research to improve restaurant workflows
  • Collaborate and work closely with our product design team, product management team, and engineering team to ensure restaurants provide the best hospitality

Who you are
  • 5 years of Product Design experience
  • Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
  • Experience with information architecture, design experience mapping, and simplifying workflows
  • Product and business thinker
  • Great visual design skills
  • 2 sided marketplace, CRM, or AI experience is a plus
