Responsible for executing routine and complex design projects, including designing marketing communications materials (including web, print, signage, environmental graphics, templates etc.) that align with company's strategic objectives and brand guidelines. Collaboration with team members of the greater marketing team, as well as taking briefs from various business units. Communication with internal and external clients to ensure excellent delivery and creativity. 1. Concept and design of digital materials including, but not limited to, social media posts, infographics, emails, digital and display advertising, assets for web and video.2. Concept and design of printed materials including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, sales collateral, direct mail, invitations, annual publications, advertising campaigns, promotional items.3. Collaborate with internal business units to develop creative presentations that aid in the promotion of the brand. 4. Collaborate with marketing team members and external vendors to provide creative and design insight and assistance from conception to final product.5. Attend client meetings (internal and external) and obtain client feedback, identify additional needs and solutions as projects progress.6. Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency.7. Ensure quality control of the brand in digital and print production.8. Maintain asset libraries and visual brand identity elements.9. Organize and maintain all completed files on a central server accessible to the marketing team.10. Work with internal stakeholders to develop internal branding, including, but not limited to murals, television promotions and signage. 11. Perform other related duties and/or responsibilities as needed or required.12. Manage design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery according to the agreed deadline. 13. Develop and install best practices to streamline processes.
