Job Description:
  • Must have experience with Service Desk - at least 5 years. More experience, the better
  • Remote folks will support globally
  • Talking on phone is highly preferred over chat. Must have no issue speaking directly to folks
  • Troubleshooting / Login/Domain
  • Citrix Experience/Rprt VPN is a plus
  • Must be able to communicate and think very logically
  • Ability to troubleshoot

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
