Job Description: Location: New York - Work from Home The Client Manager will serve as the lead technical contact for customers, providing professional and courteous technical support of foreign exchange trading software in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Liaise with customers as the primary technical point of contact for trading software functionality and venue connectivity. • Translate customer requests into project requirements, product enhancement specs and release documentation. • Clear communication and management expectations around release cycles and priorities, both within and outside the company. • A clear understanding of all clients' place within the company, their individual setups and requirements. • Coordinate project development and delivery, including product configuration and software testing. • Managing software deployments. • Coordinate and provide tier-1 and tier-2 support, resolving operational issues, replication or escalations. • Participate in follow-the-sun support model, communicating issues clearly in ticketing systems, and providing well-organized issue handoffs at EOD. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will additionally possess experience with: • Electronic trading • FIX protocol • Forex markets • CentOS / REHL (or other nix) • Extreme comfort with log investigation and configuration file management • Jira • Eclipse • APIs
