job summary:We have a need for a contractor for a short-term assignment as Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing. Contractor will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing Communications. As a Digital Marketing expert with global responsibility, he/she will influence and drive implementation of digital marketing plans, infrastructure and tactical campaigns in support of business objectives for our global organization. The contractor will be responsible for assessing global channel strategy, recommending solutions, executing and analytics/reporting for the Company's primary web site ,social channels, and company's organic and paid search (SEO and SEM). This contract position requires a high degree of cross-functional project management, relationship-building skills, technical digital marketing acumen and critical thinking.Note: the role will also oversee a team of 4 digital marketing specialists and their projects during this time, but administrative aspects of team management (reviews, etc) will be done by the Director. Thus, experience managing a team is required from the standpoint of delegation, holding project reviews/team meetings, etc. location: ATLANTA, Georgiajob type: Contractsalary: $50 - 55 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

Essential Role and Responsibilities:
  • Executes on our global channel communications strategy for primary web site (dematic.com) and social channels
  • Project-manages a large digital transformation project during implementation phase, overseeing agency, internal team reviews and scheduling
  • Manage site translation strategy and execution processes across global regions, working with international partners.
  • Deliver dashboard-based reporting to drive decision-making and provide business linkage to team's activities on a global basis.
  • Oversee user experience (UX) and design for Dematic web experiences, apps and landing pages including technical best practices.
  • Manage assigned budget and outside vendor relationships during contract.
  • Oversee the Company's social media channel strategy and campaign deployment/reporting. Support social media manager's oversight of process with international partners for compliance with best practice and company standards.
  • Oversight of paid and organic search strategy, budget and reporting. Includes oversight of agency assigned to Search for Dematic.
  • Liaise with corporate and regional Dematic marketing teams to provide support for targeted marketing messaging and integrated campaigns, go-to-market strategy and tactical activities when appropriate.
  • Manage lead generation strategies for identifying opportunities for lead capture and tracking for analytics
  • Help guide brand ambassador program development, working with key stakeholders and executive team members

What We Are Looking For

Qualification Requirements
  • Comfortable working with technical requirements of digital marketing platforms, MS Office, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Specific experience with website design/build efforts and key CMS Systems Dematic is focused on SiteCore and AEM experience required.
  • Project Management / extremely organized
  • Have experience working with/managing multiple stakeholders - cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration across time-zones
  • Staff management experience
  • Experience or level of comfort with writing for digital (web/social copy)
  • strong writing and communications skills
  • Proven track record and experience in managing channel and campaign development
  • Financial management experience (budget, tracking, forecasting and reconciliation)

Experience/ Education
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business/communications
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing communications with an emphasis on B2B sector(s) and target audiences/journeys
  • Hands-on technical depth in digital marketing principles, primarily in site strategy/execution, search strategy, social media, and analytics across all three.
