Piper Companies is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a growing organization in Boulder, CO. The IT Support Analyst will be required to perform duties onsite Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM and will provide desktop and end user support to the organization. A successful candidate for the IT Support Analyst role will have a foundation in end user support, system support, and network support. Responsibilities for the IT Support Analyst include: • Understand the current technical environment, problem solve, and troubleshoot technical issues • Interact directly with end users to troubleshoot technical issues • Communicate and escalate complex technical issues • Perform maintenance and improve processes to create efficiencies • Collaborate with colleagues to seek out additional training and knowledge transfer Requirements for the IT Support Analyst include: • 3+ years of IT experience • Strong customer service skills • Experience with AD, Exchange, One Drive, Office 365, and/or SQL • An interest problem solving and resolving complex issues • Proficient in basic networking • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience Compensation of the IT Support Analyst include: • $22 - $28/hr annually with a full comprehensive benefits Keywords: desktop support, help desk, it technician, support analyst, IT support analyst
