- 5+ years overall experience with at least the last 3 years focused on providing technical support across a broad range of networking technologies
- 5+ years of experience using Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR routers, and Cisco ASR routers in a multi-site environment
- 5+ years of experience managing firewall and VPN equipment (Palo Alto and Cisco Firepower) 10+ years of experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and Ethernet networks
- 3+ years of BGP, OSPF, HSRP, DMVPN, and MPLS
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting issues with IPSec VPN and GRE tunnels
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Identity Services Engine
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting VPN PosturingExperience with configuring and troubleshooting 802.1x
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Anyconnect VPN
- Experience in designing and configuring wireless networks
- Expert skills with using and diagnosing network captures
- Expert understanding and practical experience with network security best-practices
- Experience working with NetFlow data

- Must have experience with defining or testing disaster recovery strategies
- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high -pressure environment

- Must have ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be able to design and architect networks
- Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues
- Must be willing to take ownership of the issue analysis and resolution efforts and commit to "doing what it takes" to resolve technical issues regardless of the effort or timeframe required. Triaging as necessary for production, QA & development environments.

- Must have experience supporting networks within virtual environments
- Proven problem solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
- Lifting up to 75Lbs as required, ability to relocate and move servers and network equipment.
- Ability to bend, stretch, kneel to perform cable management. This requires tedious detail to properly install, label and appropriately route network cables. Must adhere to datacenter cabling guidelines.
