Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Help Desk Analyst in New Orleans, LA to work with our Cyber Security team.Responsibilities for the Senior Help Desk Analyst include: • Provide Information Technology support for various devices and technologies, including mobile devices, OS issues, Microsoft Office support, and video teleconferences • Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory and ensure users are granted appropriate network access • Offer Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for incoming emails, calls, and general web service requests • Monitor network status and availability, generate announcements, and offer proactive support to users • Document transactions and execute procedures to assist in identifying and resolving incidentsQualifications for the Senior Help Desk Analyst include: • 1+ year of experience with IT • Knowledge of how to troubleshoot and provide support to IT Devices, such as laptops, mobile devices, software installation, and device re-imaging • Able to obtain IAT Level II Certification, such as Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP, or CySA+ • Must hold Active Secret Clearance or higher (Interim is okay)Compensation for the Senior Help Desk Analyst includes: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $57,500 • Full Benefits: Cigna Health/Dental/Vision, 401k with ADP Retirement, Holidays, and Paid Time OffKeywords:Help desk, IT support, service desk, ESD, enterprise service desk, technician, laptop, desktop, troubleshoot, printers, cell phone, mobile devices, iPhone, multifunctional device, MFD, video teleconference, VTC, MFP, multifunctional peripherals, software, hardware, Microsoft Office, MS Office, Outlook, Windows, Windows OS, tech support, Remedy, ticketing, Tier 1, Tier 2, ServiceNow, Security+, Security+ CE, CySA+, CompTIA, Network+ CE, A+ CE, CCNA, SSCP, New Orleans, Louisiana, secret, clearance, cleared, benefits, vacation, PTO, holiday, 401k
