  • Technical support for internal customer service
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting and management
  • Troubleshooting within Windows OS, MAC, IOs, and Android OS
  • Hardware troubleshooting for PCs, MacBook, laptops/computers.
  • Using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation
What you'll do:
  • Provides first level user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers and voice/data communication systems
  • Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software
  • Sets up and maintains network and telecommunication systems and troubleshoots LAN, server, and connectivity issues
  • Re-images computers performs data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed
  • Escalates calls and utilizes ticketing system, writes concise, informative service tickets, and follows in a timely manner to pursue issues through to resolution
