Exciting work you will do: - Responsible for managing and maintaining a cloud-based SQL application currently in production, designed to provide Portfolio Managers and Project Planners with detailed project and resource utilization reporting for their respective portfolios.
- This position will help in expanding the database capabilities to provide additional financial and resource reporting in the short term.
- Responsible for optimizing database access and allocates or re-allocates database resources for optimum configuration, database performance and cost.
- Desirable 5 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to perform across multiple phases of system development and function as the database expert for assigned projects.
- Ability to clearly document own work products.
What you will need: - 5+ years' experience in Database Administration including:
- SSL Certification Experience
- 3+ SQL Server Database Performance monitoring experience
- 3+ SQL Server database troubleshooting and query optimization experience
- 3+ SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
- 3+ years Azure SQ MI and SQL IaaS experience
- 3+ years' Microsoft database cluster technologies (Always On, failover clusters, mirroring, log shipping, etc.) experience
- 5+ years' ETL experience
- 5+ years' MS SQL Server (2012 or newer) experience
- 5+ years' database installation, backups, replication, and patching experience
- 5+ years' PowerApps (PowerBI, Flow) Experience both in Cloud and Desktop environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- MS SQL Server 2019 experience Azure cloud migration experience Azure certification(s)
