Job Description A fuel management company in Dallas, Texas is looking for a Help Desk/ Support Engineer to join their team on a contract to hire basis. They are a mid-market sized company with potential for exponential growth. This role will have multiple responsibilities, so if you are someone who enjoys an array of responsibility that can change daily than this is the opportunity for you. Right now, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer/Help Desk Engineer to join their team on a contract to hire basis. Candidates who can provide technical customer support to trouble shooting, navigation, reporting, installation, and other technical operations, will be strongly desired.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • Windows Office software
  • SQL
  • Citrix / data manipulation
  • Jira (for support tickets)

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong client facing experience/great communicator
  • Familiar with industrial computers
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field

Daily Responsibilities
  • 80% Hands On
  • 20% Team Collaboration
