You'll get to:

  • Perform hands-onprototyping and modification of new products.
  • Test and validate emerging technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing functional demonstrators.
  • Collect data using a variety of equipment including computers, oscilloscopes, and other handheld measurement devices. Experience with this type of equipment is a plus, but training is available.
  • Perform simple electrical assembly including soldering.
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical tests in laboratory.
  • Process test data and write concise test reports

  • Previous experience with data acquisition and/or Lab View a plus
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
