Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a Senior Manager, EBA - Deployment and Affiliations to provide excellence in enterprise application planning, implementation, and support for their organizations. This is a full-time, direct-hire role in Renton, WA. Relocation assistance is available This position is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing managers as well as other staff. This position will work in close collaboration with directors, managers and other leaders and staff across the system. This position will create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues involving business and information services operations and support. It will also work to standardize complex and disparate processes and methodologies related to application deployment and onboarding of new affiliations. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and execution of ERP wave deployments and rollouts
  • Enterprise business application due diligence for new affiliations
  • Integration planning and ERP strategy recommendations for new affiliations
  • Management of operational activities for rollout/deployment and builds for new affiliations/restructuring
  • Implementation management
  • Cutover planning and execution
  • Support of functional business partners and executives
  • Identification and assessment of deployment road maps and requirements
  • Effective management of vendor relationships
STRATEGIC
  • Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions in defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.
  • Maintains strong vendor relationships to endure vendor accountability in service and product delivery.
  • Is responsible for working with leaders of IS Strategy and Business Development in ensuring adherence to standards, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of application systems.
  • Ensures that the Applications division supports IS services and systems effectively to meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintains relationships with key business partners and other senior leaders in the IT industry to leverage best practices, evaluate and manage emerging application technologies.
  • Participates in the development of the overall IS strategic plan by identifying needed application management strategies and projects that support business needs.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding the measurement and ultimate success of each Information Services project; ensure measurable outcomes are defined and reported for each project.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to implement the capability to provide application services for corporate strategic initiatives that are effective, user-friendly, and accurate.
MANAGEMENT
  • Oversees budgeting and expenditures for applications, staff, and services within their span of control.
  • Assists in the development of and monitors compliance with policies and procedures for Application Services that impact the organization.
  • Assists in developing and negotiating preferred information technology vendor contracts and manages key vendor relationships.
  • Attracts, hires, trains, motivates, retains, and develops a team of first-rate professionals to perform the responsibilities of applications management.
  • Maintains, and operates departmental Service Level Agreements, Operating Level Agreements, and associated KPIs.
  • A proven ability to build an organization and provide responsive leadership; to delegate, coordinate and motivate staff, and to evaluate performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate teamwork with multidisciplinary group, building and reaching consensus; agreeing upon a course of action where there are multiple perspectives.
OPERATIONAL
  • Develops budgets and the expenditures for information services related to applications in partnership with other leaders and the PMO.
  • Escalates critical issues, problems or delays in production, projects or any other issues that has an impact on the customer.
  • Actively participates in optimizing processes and leads initiatives to improve service delivery, increase value and promote customer service.
  • Maintains the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable applications and process that support the growth and financial objectives.
  • Teams with the business and other IS disciplines to develop and maintain appropriate disaster recovery architecture, projects, and policies and participates in disaster drills for applications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, CPA/CA, Finance or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5 years Information Services leadership experience
  • 10 years total relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience:
    • Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
    • Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization.
    • Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
  • 8 years Application design and/or implementation and/or deployment/rollouts of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems (like Oracle Applications, PeopleSoft, & Infor Lawson) - ERP experience must include leading Information Services teams in two or more of the following applications and business processes:
  • Procurement (Requisitioning, Purchasing, Contract Management, Service Contracts, Travel & Expenses, Accounts Payable, Payments, P-Card Management, Supplier Portal)
  • Inventory Management (Inventory Control Planning & Fulfillment, PAR Management, Receiving & Delivery)
  • Master Data Management (Item Master, Vendor Master, COA, Employee Master, etc.)
  • ERP Finance Applications (General Ledger, Billing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Expense Reimbursement, Intercompany accounting, and Revenue Management)
  • Enterprise Financial Performance applications (Financial Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, Health Care Analytics and Costing)
  • Project Management applications (Project accounting and management, Project costing and billing, Grants & Lease Management)
  • HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field
  • 2 years' experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas
  • Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments
  • Experience developing and managing an operations and project budget for an information services organization
  • Oracle Cloud experience
