job summary:This position is responsible for resolving technical customer problems and providing white glovesupport across all customers. Time is blended between customer delivery and new product fieldtesting. The ideal candidate enjoys delivering industry leading solutions to customers in thefood distribution and food transport sector.The ideal candidate understands sales, is technical, and can communicate clearly. Youunderstand the day-to-day aspects of customer support including managing tickets, buildingknowledge base articles, and providing product feedback to Engineering. The general work iscollaborative in nature, working together with other associates in multiple locations toserve our customers and troubleshoot complex technical issues. The ideal candidate has atechnical background with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar technicalenvironment and field service roles. location: Roswell, Georgiajob type: Permanentsalary: $75,000 - 110,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: No Degree Required responsibilities:In this role? You will become an expert on the suite of solutions combining hardware,software, and the cloud to bring real-time visibility to the supply chain.? Be the trusted advisor for the customer by leveraging your deep knowledge of theproduct and the customer's business operations to provide technical insights andtailored solutions to meet their needs.? Develop and maintain a deep partnership with the customer and their company's keystakeholders by gaining strong business acumen, understanding the organizationalstructure, and their operations.? Use your technical knowledge and product expertise to troubleshoot and resolvecustomer issues with medium to high complexity.? strong bias for action, ability to dive deep, and insistence on the highest standards? Author and maintain customer-facing knowledgebase articles to help improve self-serviceability for our end-users.? Project manage our response to complex technical escalations, acting as the singlepoint of contact to ensure stakeholders are in the loop. Ideal background for the role: ?
