- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting automation scripts.
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most issues and work orders independently.
- Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with users and other IT teams.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 10 Years of experience in the Information Technology industry
- 8 Years of experience in IT Infrastructure and System Services environments and projects
- 8 Years of Office 365 Administration
- 8 Years of Office 365 administration skills
- 3 Years of Certified as an M365 expert with specialization in at least one area (Teams, SPO/Skype, Exchange, Security)
