Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a small apartment community.

Requirements

Apartment maintenance experience = At least 3 years

Can-do and team oriented attitude.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to perform on call services - shared with 1 other team member.

Maintenance, electrical, plumbing and painting skills.

HVAC Certification and knowledge is preferred

Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up.

Ability to service the pool and spa or willingness to learn.

Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.

Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
