Villa Handyman/Handywomen - $25+

We are looking for a responsible individual to do general repair and maintenance for our vacation villa located on Peterborg in St. Thomas. The ideal individual will be able to perform painting, minor carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical and general clean-up. The villa is used by both the owners and is periodically rented out on a weekly basis. This is a luxury villa and the ideal individual must be reliable, have good communication skills and have discretion as to the owners or guests whom stay at the villa. The selected candidate will work a minimum of 20/hours a week with additional hours sometimes required when the villa is blocked for more extensive maintenance. The individual must have reliable transportation and be willing to answer any emergency call after hours if needed.
