To be successful, the candidate will have the ability to anticipate and remove roadblocksfor the CVP and team, make timely decisions across the business group, and simply get things done. The candidate will be able to build effective working relationships andincludework styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. A successful candidate will be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactivelyidentifyareas to help support the business. The candidate will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly as well as the ability to maintain high-level confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail-oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to success. This position has responsibility for executive-level interfaces and contact with all levels of Microsoft employees worldwide.ResponsibilitiesMust lead with inclusion and empathy. You are the first person most people encounter before reaching a member of the leadership team. All members of the team are held to a high bar of treating everyone you encounter with respect, inclusion, and empathy.

Proactively manage complex calendar across multiple time zones.

Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to execute the Rhythm of the Business, along with coordination and logistical support for onsite/offsite & virtual meetings/events including regular leadership meetings, leadership offsites, projects and team morale events.

Coordinate space planning for the organization of 600+ people.

To lead and partner with other Business Admins on space management, onboarding, recruiting support, hardware management, morale and establish best practices across the team.

Management of systems, tools, and processes including managing team org chart maintenance and distribution/security group ownership.

Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, including problem solving independently and exercising good judgment and following through on issues in a timely manner

Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills, as well as great attention to detail and high accountability.

Maintain confidentiality of information and use discretion and judgment in discussing information about Microsoft

Assist in the preparation of high-level presentations and special projects as assigned.

QualificationsA successful candidate will have a strong administrative skills profile exhibiting high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving and decision making, time management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.Basic Qualifications:5+ year's of work experience as an Executive Business Administrator / Executive Assistant.

5+ year's of work experience building effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.

Strong strategic prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information

Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.

Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate organization preferred.

Proficiency with latest versions of Microsoft products including Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teamsand Yammer required.
