- Provide troubleshooting strategies, techniques, documentation and instruction to staff and management
- Configure and manage Win 10 workstations on multiple domains and environments
- Informing end users of major system or network outages
- Escalating Help Desk issues, especially critical issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner
- Assist staff with video conferencing equipment Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, and printers
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Applications such as Office and Skype for Business
- Extensive experience working with AWS
- Working knowledge of antivirus, backups, and virtualization
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Experience working with video conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
