The Commerce Platform eXperiences PM team is looking for an experienced, resourceful and highly motivated individual to provide business administrative support to a great team. This position requires stellar interpersonal skills, initiative, good judgment, and common sense, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We are a friendly, hard-working, and growing team looking for the right fit. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service approach, should be organized, and be self-directed. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround are a must. This person should have a proven track record of successfully prioritizing a shifting workload, and the ability to be flexible in changing situations.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include (but not limited to):Team & Business SupportManage complex calendars with utmost attention to details, accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to the leaders’ priorities and commitments.

Assist with headcount management, distribution and security group ownership and management.

Provide full team support in space coordination, inventory management, morale events, training events, and new hire onboarding and off boarding.

Manage procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facility requests.

Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees.

Build and maintain good business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.

QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, planning and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time as required.

Organizational agility; able to adapt to changing circumstances (direction and strategy) while continuing to have professional and positive interactions.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and awareness of tone.

Have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proven capability to work successfully in a team environment; build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group; accommodating work styles and perspectives of diverse individual.

Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a fast past administrative/operations capacity or related work field.

Must be positive, proactive, very detail-oriented and driven to succeed.

In depth knowledge and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required.
