- Technical support for internal customer service
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and management
- Troubleshooting within Windows OS, MAC, IOs, and Android OS
- Hardware troubleshooting for PCs, MacBook, laptops/computers.
- Using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation
- Provides first level user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers and voice/data communication systems
- Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software
- Sets up and maintains network and telecommunication systems and troubleshoots LAN, server, and connectivity issues
- Re-images computers performs data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed
- Escalates calls and utilizes ticketing system, writes concise, informative service tickets, and follows in a timely manner to pursue issues through to resolution
