Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: ConfidentialPublic Trust/Other Required: MBI (T2)Job Family: Business Process AnalysisGDIT is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team providing support to the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). GDIT, in conjunction with our partners, delivers technical, management, and project transition support services for NIOSH with the implementation of the Zadroga Act. In this role with our technical operations team, you will be working with a team of 5 other Business Process Analysts / Testers who are geographically dispersed mainly planning, executing, and leading project transition activities among other business analysis activities. . This position offers the opportunity for a flexible schedule, working primarily from home and as needed going into our Falls Church, VA office 1-2 times a week.Create, deliver, update, and monitor the project transition plan inclusive of a timeline, and other transition related program and system management documents

Facilitate regular progress meetings, knowledge transfer meetings, and updates with each functional area

Generate and deliver weekly transition status reports to program management and client

Lead and deliver all project transition related activities, deliverables, etc.

Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex business process engagements.

Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection.

Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.

Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices.

Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives.

May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.

Basic Qualifications:BA/BS (or equivalent experience),

5+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:Must have excellent English communication and documentation skills

Must be U.S. citizen and security clearance clearable

Experience in project transition activities not required but a big Plus
