Business Analyst / Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an energetic & adaptable Business Analyst/Project Manager for a fast-paced team in Dallas, TX.Summary:This is a resource that is highly adaptable and willing to jump in to get the job done. Anything from IT generalist, technical discussion, project coordination and execution. The BA/PM performs activities of varying complexity supporting the program, data gathering, quality and validation efforts. There may be occasional need to help teams move, install, and troubleshoot end user devices (desktop, AV, Telephony).Duties: Business Analyst/Project Manager will determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 5+ years of project management and related experience Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Team player Previous experience within IT Facilities, new construction or go-live is a bonusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
