Job Description

Arizona Placement Concepts seeks a flexible, caring and professional individual who strives to make a difference by helping individuals with disabilities. Job Coaches provide supervision and training to clients at their preferred work site, helping them be successful in achieving their goals and objectives. This position is an on call basis or short term time frames.

Duties include:

Teaching clients how to perform daily tasks at their job-site

Providing on-going training

Establishing and maintaining a positive, professional working environment

Maintain and provide detailed records of client in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Daily Documentation and Monthly Reports

Assessing daily skills

Reporting with supervisors daily

Position Qualifications: CAN BE ONE OF THE LISTED

A)Associates Degree in Social Services,counseling,Psychology,Sociology or education(7) years experience in full-time documented employment working with individuals with disabilities

B)Bachelors Degree in Social Services,counseling,Psychology,Sociology or education(3) years experience in full-time documented employment working with individuals with disabilities

C)Master Degree in Social Services,counseling,Psychology,Sociology or education (1) yr of full time documented employment working with individuals with disabilities.

-Immediate access to a reliable vehicle

-Valid driver's license

-Successful completion of a background check.

-Current and valid fingerprint clearance card

-The ability to use technology proficiently (Excel, Word, E-mail etc.)

Applicants must have a CURRENT FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD.
