- Design and implement control systems for automation of custom industrial manufacturing equipment
- Participate in projects from design through documentation, testing and commissioning
- Select proper components and sensors and generate BOM for custom equipment and machinery
- Design and layout electrical control panels
- Create detailed electrical control schematics, including panel drawings
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing electrical control systems
- Lead small teams in planning and executing tasks
- 5+ years experience as a Controls Engineer, industrial programmer, or similar journeyman
- Experience in electrical controls engineering, including PLCs and Motion Control
