Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Software Sr Engineer Specialty for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Staffing clients in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY . Responsibilities :

  • Trying to deliver on current gap - No skill sets for automation test engineers.
  • Project involves developing Server .NET components, building out web services using WCF for report generatin.
  • Team consists of product owner and other developers, all on shore.
  • This resource will spend the majority of their time with development on existing applications and creating new code (80% development, 20% in meetings/other).
  • Utilized for application development, troubleshooting, and creating automated tests to help with faster delivery by adding capacity for test automation.
Required Skills :
  • Experience building automated unit and integrated tests using tools like NUnit, Moq, MSTest, xUnit and running in CICD environment
  • 5+ yrs. of experience building C#.NET applications
  • 3+ yrs. Hands on Experience in multi-tier architecture
  • Experience with database programming, schemas, SQL scripts and stored procedures
Preferred Skills :
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development or Behavior Driven Development
  • Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube etc.
