Job Description
We are building a virtual assistant for front-line agents that can analyze message content in real-time.The tool will leverage AI models to determine the intent of the conversation and surface useful customer data as well as articles related to their issue.Agents will be able toinstantlyaccess the resources they need to resolve the customer’s issue, resulting in shorter call times and a more streamlined customer experience.
As Senior UI Developer on this project, you'll develop new user-facing features and maintain existing software in ahighlycollaborative, agile environment.You'll workcloselywith other developers to ensure that the website is functional andvisuallyappealing.
About the teamThe Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
About you- You have a solid software engineering foundation in data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, source code management, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
- You have experience collaboratingwith back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.
- You feel comfortable diving into the code and interacting with developers at all levels of seniority and have a commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence, and results.
- You’re self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of hands-onexperience in complex front-end design and development
- 3+ years of production experience with Angular and Node.js
- Strong experience with RXJS, CSS, TypeScript, and HTML
- Experience writing single-page applications
- Experience using REST APIs in the context of an advanced enterprise software product
- Proven software development background in Web Development, UX, Back End, or Mobile
- Experience building responsive, performant, and accessible web experiences that engage audiences using animation and complex interactions
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or related field
- Experience managing, or mentoring, a team of front-end developers
