Assistant Construction Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing the construction process, commercial construction.

Keep daily attendance logs for employees and subcontractors.

Keep daily construction diary detailing each days activities and comparing to construction schedule and communicating any variances.

Ensure that the construction complies with all safety and building regulations.

Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.

Work closely with Senior Supervisor to establish the requirements for the construction.

Liaise with local authorities to obtain licenses and permits inspections for the project.

Required

Building Construction Experience

Able to Read/Understand project plans

Able to Build to plans and anticipate obstacles and communicate obstacles to Senior Supervisor

Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation
