needed, individual/s to mix & pour cement

i need an individual/s to mix & pour cement for an single small project, cement will be hand mixed.

mixture will be hand lifted onto an shipping container storage and poured into an frame.

estimated time will be 3 hours or less. frame is estimated 9'x9'x6"
