  • 5+ years of expertise in a Data Analyst role, with a focus on building data dashboards and/or analyzing large data sets
  • Advanced level experience using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to provide detailed analytical reports
  • Experience using data blending tools like Alteryx/ Tableau prep to manipulate data from disparate data sources
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of SFDC and Tableau
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on diving impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms

Impact You'll Make:You serve as a key influencer and thought partner to the Financial Services Sales Leadership team, responsible for advancing the team's business strategy through data analysis and insights. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a more strategic, prepared, and efficient sales organization. The scope of work spans business functions, teams and geographies. It requires an ability to collaborate and influence across all levels, with the flexibility to pivot between in-depth data analysis and project management.
  • Determine team data needs and work with Operations / data stakeholders to collect required data
  • Support sales leadership reporting needs with a focus on ease of access, delivery and repeatable solutions, including data visualization
  • Support FS Sales extended leadership in leveraging data and analytics to identify, define, and drive sales strategies
  • Integrate financial (e.g., revenue) and non-financial (e.g., time to close, survey results) metrics across different systems to develop insights that will inform engagement approach and sales strategies
  • Establish and coordinate Elevate KPIs to measure progress including cost of sales, time to close, win rate, etc. for executive presentations, recurring check-in's, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Work with LOB stakeholders to define and increase visibility into forecasting data / reporting on a recurring, repeatable basis
  • Leverage raw data from Global Operations, Billing, Finance, etc. to create insights that inform sales strategies, investment strategies, training and coaching

How do we extend existing reporting / data analysis capabilities to understand what the data tells us? What impact do the insights have on our sales strategies?
