Kronos Solution and Implementation Program Manager 2/Middletown, CT 8 mth+ contract

Remote Option May be an option but is not guaranteed as staff would need to be trained in person.Kronos version appears to be version=8.1.8.1111. Version State of CT is currently using.The Kronos Solution and Implementation Program Manager will provide management of projects that are strategic to the state's Workforce Scheduling Solution and have a very high degree of complexity and executive focus. Levels can be from Level 1 - level 4 The Department is seeking an individual that has hands on experience in the actual use and implementation of the Kronos timekeeping software. The candidate should have experience with providing in-depth training for all Kronos system personas in the full range of the operation of the software. The training resource needs to also be experienced in training users in all the Kronos modules, and will provide regular live trainings, workshops and produce video and written training materials. The goal of the engagement is to allow the Agency to become fully independent in the operation of Kronos.
