Job Description:LOB Job Description:This is an Individual Contributor that will work with all commercial lines of business and will direct completion of due diligence to clear Flood Insurance requirements. Responsibilities focus on the day to day resolution of problems and execution of transactions within specific operations units requiring immediate and frequent involvement with unit activities.Enterprise Role Description:Primary responsibility is to prepare/review documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, to facilitate closings with the client and to ensure lien perfection. Works on routine to more complex documentation as assigned by Market Leader or designee. Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Completes primary financial booking and initial loan funding. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR financial data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-work.Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of Banking & 2 years of Insurance experience.
  • Prior experience in production environment
  • Prior experience with Insurance policies
  • Effective prioritization of multiple tasks, balancing quality and productivity
  • Effective time management
  • Detail orientated and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to identify issues and potential solutions/alternatives given existing policies and procedures, including the need to escalate
  • Required basic operations knowledge with previous Insurance, Commercial and Consumer banking experience.
  • Must be a team player, promote collaboration, and communicate with impact.
  • The right person must be able to learn and adapt quickly, hold self and others accountable for high performance standards.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
