We need team players with extensive experience in residential remodeling. These individuals excel in customer service, work well with others, and respect the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.

We are looking for a dependable Project Manager or Lead Carpenter with excellent people skills. This position is perfect for someone who is great at problem solving and takes pride in their work. We provide a fun, family atmosphere with generous compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong technical skills who is able to get clarification on issues that may hinder project completion or critical path and follow up with timely solutions. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to use those skills cross-departmentally in order to assist our staff in selling and producing jobs that meet our projected gross profit. They communicate closely with our Clients and Sub-Contractors to ensure they are kept in the loop on all issue that may arise during construction. And, they will help to mentor and train our production staff on how to perform more efficiently and technically.

Minimum Experience: 5-10 years continuous practice in all phases of residential construction (remodeling and new homes), including supervising staff and trades.

Preferred: Computer literate, including: hands-on use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Miscellaneous:

Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation

Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment
