More specifically, you will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager. Responsibilities

  • Knowing "what" isn't enough, we need to find the "why" behind the data.
  • Interpret analysis, test results, and model results, and make informed recommendations across all levels of the business.
  • You will convert complex analysis and models into an easily understood story and presentation
  • You will create repeatable processes to support ongoing reporting needs
  • You will help identify improvement opportunities based on data, make recommendations, and help convert those recommendations into results.
  • Help create advanced modeling work while looking for opportunities to apply techniques in other areas of the business (i.e. find ways for marketing to improve the sales pipeline).
  • You will demonstrate value and effect of analytics using a variety of analytical techniques, ranging from Exploratory Data Analytics and A/B testing to statistical modeling, machine learning, and data science methods.
  • You will work with diverse partners within the marketing organization and across the entire organization to pursue opportunities for value. Within marketing, this could include the assistance of email, digital, SEO, partnership channels, and others.
Education and Qualifications
  • Analytical background: Bachelor's Degree in economics, mathematics, business, finance, or related STEM field.
  • Analytics tools experience and some experience with data analytics programming languages (e.g., R, Python, and SAS).
  • Experience with a Business Intelligence Platform (PowerBI, QLIK, Tableau, etc)
  • Advanced experience in an Analytical role (Analytics or Data Science related position), with at least 1 year of experience in more advanced analytics or data science work (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing, statistical or predictive modeling, machine learning, etc.)
  • Business reporting, project management, and writing skills
  • Should operate with senior management
  • Will help plan
