Long Island Property Services LLC. is looking for an efficient Contractor/Field Crew for property preservation work in your state on an urgent basis. We have a professional team of vendor management and efficient processors who can make the process easy for the field crews reducing the follow-up, invoicing issues, etc. We have a really fast payment period which takes 5-7 days. We have (ready for site visit) work orders in your area and all over the USA mostly in VT, NY, MO, FL, CO, PA, TX, RI, CT, MS, NJ, DE, OH, AR, IL, SC, IN and other states also.
Following are the basic type of work you'll be performing: The works will mainly be performed on Foreclosed residential property.
Debris removal
Snow removal
Grass cut
Winterizations
Lock change
Lawn Maintenance
Shrub Trimming
Exterior & Interior repairs/replacement including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc.
General carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
