1-3 years of experience in training.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience using Adobe Acrobat.

Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts with short notice.

Desired CharacteristicsDemonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management, and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas.

Strong time management skills.

Theme Park Operations knowledge and experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
