Position: Mainframe DeveloperLocation: Indianapolis IN– Remote for nowDuration: Full Time Technical Skills: Mainframe, COBOL,CICS and DB2 Job Description :-Senior Developer having development experience in Mainframe, CICS and DB2 • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience• 5+ years of IT experience. Wholesale payment industry experience is a plus• Demonstrated experience in key IT Service Management areas (Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management)• Proficient w/ AIX/Linux platform• Familiarity with networking concepts and requesting network services: Routing, Firewalls, NATs, etc.• Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc)• Experience with application databases in Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 to include table design, table updates, query design, table load- Solutions for customer pain points in a short span of time and documenting to help the business
- Handle customer meetings individual
- Own the end to end on the requirements
- Ability to work independently and as well guide the team members
- Ability to work as a team in Agile environment with role changes as developer and testing
