job summary:The Sr. Business Analyst will interface between different business units, technology teams, and support teams. Must have an understanding to identify business problems and opportunities, and provide recommendations to achieve the organization's goals.Requirements:
- 5+ years IT and/or Business experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proven experience with digital, E-Commerce and/or user experience projects
- Understanding of a Master Data Management platform(s)
- Ability to prepare and lead presentations as requested
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and business users
- Analyze, document, and improve workflows, processes, and standards
- Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
