PC Restaurant Seeking Professional Servers, Bartenders, Bussers &Hosts

Blind Dog Restaurant and Raw Bar, a Park City institution, is seeking out professional and experienced waitstaff, bartenders, bussers and hosts/hostess to round out our crew. We are looking for candidates that can keep up with our quick pace and extensive menu.

Our waitstaff candidates must have 2 years serving experience, some wine knowledge or a willingness to learn about wine, beer, cocktails and sake. Needs to be proficient in Aloha POS or have the ability to learn and operate Aloha POS System and able to comply with local food and beverage regulations. All applicants need to be current with UDABC Tips and Sips Training as well as Board of Health Certified. Must make a positive contribution to the team and enhance our level of service. The candidate we are looking for must be able to easily converse with our wide variety of guests. A sense of humor is a must as well as the ability to tell time.

Restaurant experience is no required but highly recommended for both hosts/hostesses and back-wait staff.
