Interior Cleaning Manager

Located in Compass Point Marina

The Interior Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Interior Cleaning Crew. They will ensure boats being cleaned to standard, managing the laundry room and schedule, and be an Interior Cleaner as well.

Job Duties:

-Manage the scheduling and daily operation of interior cleaning

-Manage the laundry room to ensure that bedding and towels are properly put away and always in stock.

-Effectively manage, motivate, and develop the department.

-Perform all cleaning duties such as dusting, linen replacement, floor duties, and more.

-Cooperates with other departments to reach common goals

-Inspect boats daily

-Timely Operation of duties assigned by Office Manager.

-All other duties assigned.

Experience:

-Housekeeping experience preferably in hospitality/charter boat atmosphere

-Proven leadership abilities

-Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends
