Position Title: QA Tester II

Duration: 12- months

Location: Raleigh NC - Remote during Covid19

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop Test Plan/Test Scripts with Business positive/negative scenarios with SQL, UI and Reporting/Dashboards for data warehouse projects• Build moderately complex SQL queries to provide Source to Target data validation for ETL, before and after transformation, including Business Intelligence• Validate data quality and test downstream consumption of reports and calculations.• Ensure that testing addresses requirements as agreed with other stakeholders.• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.• Prioritize tasks based on business needs and product/project impact.• Work across various groups effectively drive testing of cross-team solutions that have complex dependencies and requirements.• Cooperate in the enhancement of the methodologies employed for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and metric and status reporting.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.• Maintain framework for record retention to support internal and external IT audits

Minimum requirements:• 2+ years identifying, writing, and executing test cases in a SAAS-Multi-tenant application environment.• Strong SQL expertise; writing complex queries• 1+ Years in Test Automation leveraging Selenium Web Driver (strongly desired)• 1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming using Java/C#?• Familiarity with ETL data validation using SSIS• Highly analytical and efficient with keen attention to detail and accuracy• Experience testing SAS based applications• Experience in using Agile development tools like Jira, Confluence & Xray desirable.• Moderate knowledge of QA methodologies• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proven research skills• All other duties as assignedCommunication skills
