A NYC agency located in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager for a long term role.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Able to effectively manage all responsibilities listed below and speak on experience in similar roles
  • Expertise in providing Business Analysis
  • Experience in overseeing project deliverables
  • Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balasamiq and MS Visio
  • Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams
  • Excellent and demonstrated experience in working with business partners to discover and document business process requirements, business workflow, and enhancements for purposes of managing and maintaining systems and processes
  • Experience in the Health and Human Services industry is preferred

    Job Description: The selected candidate will manage the development, implementation, and support for integrated systems at the agency with other government and non-governmental service providers to provide systems that support the services to the people it serves. The systems support clinical services in the fields of health, mental services, substance abuse, and vocational rehabilitation. Other programs of support are assistance in obtaining federal disability benefits and contracts that serve individuals and families with medical, mental health, and/or substance abuse disorders.

    Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage projects, change control requests, and production support for finance payment and claims systems for vendors under contract across all agency programs.
  • Designs and implement business systems and upgrades.
  • Coordinate user request to deliver software solutions for existing social services systems.
  • Develop and deliver function business requirement and initiatives.
  • Create process models and supports process ecosystems from blue printing through the implementation phases of the system.
  • Manage the implementation of project software releases and initiative programs to eliminate budget gaps within the customized assistance services which provided programs to assist individuals and families in reaching self-sufficiency.
  • Prioritize and negotiate user business requests and projects with application support and development groups.
  • Liaise with users on interfaces, database design, and technical staff with development and support.
