Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this Project Manager position is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.Responsibilities- Assist in organizing and handling resources to deliver the elements required to complete a project with defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints- Lead the efficient flow of work and information from marketing to creative and production departments- Arrange schedules, maintain job files, route projects, monitor overall progress, and supervise status meetings Requirements - Ability to converse both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals- Able to exercise independent discretion and act on it- Candidates should be comfortable working with business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development- 2+ years of prior relevant experience- This role would be best suited for candidates with precedent accounting experience in a key role in system projects- Possessing a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification is a big plus for this position- Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques- The ideal candidate should be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification- Candidates must have ample experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications- Proficiency in Media Agency- Digital asset management experience required- Organize Meetings experience desired Innovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
