Accessibility Tester/Manager

· WCAG standards knowledge· Screen reader expertise with JAWS/NVDA· Experience with accessibility testing on both web and mobile platforms· Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to nonsubject matter expert engineers. (Bug reporting)· Some debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes and a11y concepts to non a11y subject matter experts using minimal step reproduction cases.· Detail-oriented· Self-motivated· Able to self-manage, adhere to deadlines· Excellent analytical skills· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Familiarity with front end technologies
