Hotel Front Desk Agent - Part Time, Morning Position

Golden North Inn is hiring for a Front Desk staff member (morning shift is typically 6:30am-2:30pm); work days will vary each week.

Position Summary:

Provide exceptional service to hotel guests from the inquiry through arrival, their stay, and upon departure from the hotel

Greet guests and check them in and out of rooms and issue room keys

Update and maintain accuracy of data in hotel operating system

Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy

Key competencies include (but are not limited to):

Minimum of 1-2 years front desk experience, hotel experience preferred

Ability to maintain composure and demonstrates ability to be flexible and adaptable

Genuinely enjoys working with the other staff and our valued guests

Proven dependable with a good attendance record
