Experienced Prep Cook

Penca is looking for an experienced cook with 2+ years prep experience, scratch kitchen experience required. Must be knowledgable of recipes, conversions, and possess solid knife skills. Multi-tasking is a must and willingness to ask questions at any time!

We are a Central Mexican casual fine dining restaurant with a scratch kitchen and craft cocktail bar. Our staff is team service oriented and we are looking for individuals with an eye for detail and good work ethic. We are currently open Wednesday - Sunday from 4:30 - 9:30pm.
