Penca is looking for an experienced line cook with 2+ years experience, scratch kitchen experience required.
Must have:
- Knowledge of kitchen fundamentals
- Knowledge of all stations
- Quality knife skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to a team
We are a Central Mexican casual fine dining restaurant with a scratch kitchen and craft cocktail bar. All of our staff is team service oriented and we are looking for individuals who have an eye for detail and good work ethic. We are currently open Wednesday - Sunday from 4:30 - 9:30pm.
